When 2nd Lt. James Cathey’s body arrived at the Reno Airport , Marines climbed into the cargo hold of the plane and draped the flag over his casket as passengers watched the family gather on the tarmac.

During the arrival of another Marine’s casket last year at Denver International Airport , Major Steve Beck described the scene as so powerful: ‘See the people in the windows? They sat right there in the plane, watching those Marines. You gotta wonder what’s going through their minds, knowing that they’re on the plane that brought him home,’ he said ‘They will remember being on that plane for the rest of their lives. They’re going to remember bringing that Marine home. And they should.

The night before the burial of her husband’s body, Katherine Cathey refused to leave the casket, asking to sleep next to his body for the last time The Marines made a bed for her, tucking in the sheets below the flag. Before she fell asleep, she opened her laptop computer and played songs that reminded her of ‘Cat,’ and one of the Marines asked if she wanted them to continue standing watch as she slept. “I think it would be kind of nice if you kept doing it,’ she said. ‘I think that’s what he would have wanted.”

Blue Fridays.

Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing blue every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our troops used to be called the ‘silent majority’ We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers.. We are not organized, boisterous or overbearing.

Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends, simply want to recognize that the vast majority of America supports our troops. Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity and respect starts this Friday — and continues each and every Friday until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that every red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar, will wear something blue. By word of mouth, press, TV — let’s make the United States on every Friday a sea of blue much like a homecoming football game in the bleachers. If every one of us who loves this country will share this with acquaintances, coworkers, friends, and family, it will not be long before the USA is covered in BLUE and it will let our troops know the once ‘silent’ majority is on their side more than ever, certainly more than the media lets on. The first thing a soldier says when asked ‘What can we do to make things better for you?’ is .’We need your support and your prayers.’ Let’s get the word out and lead with class and dignity, by example, and wear something blue every Friday.

MR PRESIDENT WILL YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GIVE UP YOUR CURRENT HEALTH CARE PROGRAM
AND JOIN THE NEW ‘UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PROGRAM’ THAT THE REST OF US WILL BE ON ????”

THERE WAS A STONEY SILENCE AS OBAMA IGNORED THE QUESTION AND CHOSE NOT TO ANSWER IT !!!

IN ADDITION, A NUMBER OF SENATORS WERE ASKED THE SAME QUESTION AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS,”WE WILL THINK ABOUT IT.”

AND THEY DID. IT WAS ANNOUNCED TODAY ON THE NEWS THAT THE “KENNEDY HEALTH CARE BILL” WAS WRITTEN INTO THE NEW HEALTH CARE REFORM INITIATIVE ENSURING THAT THAT CONGRESS WILL BE 100% EXEMPT !

SO, THIS GREAT NEW HEALTH CARE PLAN THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND I…  IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR OBAMA, HIS FAMILY OR CONGRESS…??

Amendment 28

Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the  United States .

Imagine what would happen if everybody passed this around?

A Real Star

In early 1940, Kate Smith, a fiercely patriotic American and the biggest star on radio, was deeply worried about her country.

She asked Irving Berlin if he could give her a song that would reignite the spirit of American patriotism and faith.  He said he had a song that he had written in 1917, but never used it.  He said she could have it.

She sat at the piano and played it and realized how good it was.  She called Mr. Berlin and told him that she couldn’t take this from him for nothing. So, they agreed that any money that would be  made off the song would be donated to the Boy Scouts of America.

Thanks to Kate Smith and Irving Berlin, the Scouts have received millions of dollars in royalties.

This clip is from the movie, “You’re in the Army Now”. You will see a familiar face in this –one that we are all very proud of.

Frank Sinatra said that when Kate Smith, whom he considered the greatest singer of his age, first sang this song on the radio, a million guys got ‘dust’ in their eyes and had to wipe the tears the ‘dust’ caused.

If you can watch and listen without ‘dust’ getting in your eyes, you have no soul. Sit back and enjoy a Real Star.

Thank You, Barrack Obama, Why???

He destroyed the Clinton Political Machine:

Driving a stake thru the heart of Hillary’s presidential aspirations.
Something no Republican was ever able to do.  Remember when a Hillary Presidency scared the daylights out of you.

He killed the Kennedy Dynasty:

No more Kennedys trolling Washington looking for booze and for women at parties wanting a ride home.  American women and Freedom are now safer.

He is destroying the Democratic Party before our eyes.

Dennis Moore had never lost a race –  Quit
Evan Bayh had never lost a race – Quit
Byron Dorgan had never lost a race – Quit
Chris Dodd has never lost a race – Quit
Harry Reed, in all probability – Gone

These are just a handful of the Democrats whose political careers Obama has destroyed.  By the end of 2010 dozens more will be. In December 2008 Democrats were on the rise.  In the past two election cycles they had picked up 14 senate seats and 52 house seats.  The press was touting the death of the Conservative Movement and the Republican Party.

In one year Obama put a stop to all of this and will probably give the House and the Senate back to the Republicans.
He has completely exposed liberals and progressives – extremists, for what they are.

He is bringing the lesson home very well:
Liberals tax, borrow and spend – Check
Liberals won’t protect America – Check
Liberals want to take over economy – Check
Liberals think they know what is best for everyone – Check
Liberals aren’t happy till they are running your life – Check

Every generation seems to need to relearn the lesson why they should never put liberals in charge.

He has brought more Americans back to Conservatism than anyone since Reagan.

In one year he rejuvenated the Conservative movement and brought millions of Freedom Loving Americans to the streets.

Name me one other time in your life you saw friends and neighbors this interested in taking back America.

In all honesty one year ago I was more afraid than I had ever been in my life. Not of the economy but of the direction our country was going. I thought Americans had forgotten what this country was about.  My neighbors, friends, strangers proved that my lack of confidence of the greatness and wisdom of the American people was very wrong.

When American People wake up, no smooth talking teleprompter reader can fool them.

Barry awakened these great Americans.

Thank You Barack Obama.

Letter From the Boss

Dear Employees:As the CEO of this organization, I have resigned myself to the fact that Barrack Obama is our President and that our taxes and government fees will increase in a BIG way.To compensate for these increases, our prices would have to increase by about 10%. But since we cannot increase our prices right now due to the dismal state of the economy, we will have to lay off sixty of our employees instead.

This has really been bothering me since I believe we are family here and I didn’t know how to choose who would have to go.

So, this is what I did. I walked through our parking lots and found sixty ‘Obama’ bumper stickers on our employees’ cars and have decided these folks will be the ones to let go. I can’t think of a more fair way to approach this problem. They voted for change…… I gave it to them.

I will see the rest of you at the annual company picnic.

That Moment Just Before the Pain Begins…

Retribution is Eight Months Away!

Take a look at this and just remember elections in November 2010.

1. U.S. House & Senate have voted themselves $4,700 and $5,300 raises.

2. They voted to NOT give you a S.S. Cost of Living Raise in 2010 and 2011.

3. Your Medicare premiums will go up $285.60 for the next two years.

4. You will not get the 3% COLA:  $660/yr.

5. Your total two-year loss and cost is:  $1,600 or $3,200 for both husband and wife.

6. Over these same two years, each Congress person will get $10,000. Do you feel screwed?

7. Will they have your cost of drugs, doctor fees, local taxes, food, etc., increase?  NO WAY!

Congress received a raise and has better health and retirement benefits than you or I.

• Why should they care about you?

• You never did anything about it in the past.

• You obviously are too stupid or don’t care.

• Do you really think that Nancy, Harry, Chris, Charlie, Barnie, et al, care about you?

Send the message to these individuals — “YOU’RE FIRED!”

In 2010 you will have a chance to get rid of the sitting Congress: up to 1/3 of the Senate and 100% of the House!

Make sure you’re still mad in November 2010 and remind their replacements not to screw-up.

It is OK to forward this to your sphere of influence if you are finally tired of the abuse.  Maybe it’s time for Amendment 28 to the Constitution.

28^th Amendment will be as follows:

Let’s get this passed around, folks – these people in Washington have brought this upon themselves!  It’s time for retribution.  Let’s take back America.
